Meghan Mugg
Founder, FNTP
Meghan Mugg is a UCLA graduate and a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), who has embraced her personal health journey as a catalyst for helping others. Having personally overcome a myriad of health issues - hormonal acne, digestive dysfunction, anxiety, and successive miscarriages - Meghan understands the complexities of a dysregulated system far too well.
She distinguishes herself among other practitioners through her empathetic approach and profound understanding of female physiology. With an unwavering commitment to personal growth, she approaches her work as a perpetual student of life, continuously seeking new knowledge and insights, ensuring that her clients receive the highest level of care.
Meghan is trained to assess an individual’s symptoms, discomforts, and health goals, identify nutritional deficiencies, and establish transformative support for optimal well-being. Meghan works one on one with women who have been failed by conventional medicine, diet culture, and mainstream nutritionists.
My Why
Nourishment extends beyond mere sustenance; it forms the very foundation for reconnecting with one's body and being. Rooted in the principles of radical responsibility and remembrance, my mission is to educate women on the profound impact their day-to-day choices have on their health, families, communities, and future generations.
By equipping women with the knowledge and tools to create a ripple effect of positive change, we can collectively cultivate future generations that embody the wisdom and vitality passed down by our ancestors. I look forward to connecting with you, spreading awareness, and learning together.
